When Two Worlds Collide
When two favourites create together it produces something special, this is from Casey with Peter McKinnon and I believe there is a version from Peter featuring Casey.
Have a watch, I think you'll enjoy this.
The all-new Skylum Luminar 2018, this year is faster, better and coming in 2018 file management.
This for me is almost the complete package and I think with the updates coming it really will be. I've created a short video to show you a few of the features that I think you will love.
Bing Bong New Video
Autumn is still here in Sussex, I head out looking for an image or two and trying to capture those little details.
I managed to capture a couple of good photos...or so I think.
If you've never walked between Birling Gap and Beachy Head then you're really missing out. Mid-way along you'll walk past the iconic Belle Tout lighthouse which is now a beautiful and unique B&B.
This was a misty morning and I'd much rather that than a bright sunny day. I think it adds to the atmosphere.
The most enjoyable thing about the cold frosty mornings is the skies it produces.
I'm not a fan of the freezing weather, the de-icing of the car but the blue skies I love.
This was my first attempt at editing the photo. I thought I wanted to focus on just the details of the trees but afterwards, I felt it was missing something.
Do you ever have moments after editing that you revert to starting all over again?
Whilst dropping Aly off to Brownies the other day I snapped this photo, it was only 5:30 but it was so dark.
It doesn't seem that long ago that it was still light until 8 pm.
In Need of 4K
I have a project coming up next year that requires me to produce video and I want it to be the best of the best so I'm going to be testing out a Panasonic GH4 over the next few weeks.
I found this video from someone who used it in Canada and the quality is stunning.
Portrait Lens for £60
I'm raving about this lens, you can watch the video here. This is one of the photos I took using it and I'm happy with the way it's come out.
I love the calmness, a view filled with autumn.
I wonder how many people have drawn inspiration from walking around this pond? There are often painters or writers sitting around it and taking in the scene.
