Chocolate Crunchies Recipe

Ingredients

  • 400g digestive biscuits
  • 200g butter
  • 6tbsp golden syrup
  • 4tbsp cocoa powder
  • 100g raisins or nuts
  • 200g dark or milk chocolate

What to do

1. Grease a 8x12inch sandwich tin and bash biscuits

2. Melt the butter a syrup in a pan, then stir in the cocoa and raisins/nuts

3. Take off the heat and stir in the biscuit

4. Spoon into the tin and and press down firmly

5. Melt the chocolate and spread over the the top. Then chill in the fridge
