In the lead up to Mother's Day we were offered the chance to visit a restaurant called Coast to Coast. Having never visited one before we thought we'd give it a go. The nearest one to us was located in Brighton Marina so on Saturday we headed off to enjoy a lunchtime meal.
As a special Mother's Day treat Coast to Coast are giving Mum a very special cocktail on them and a new range of scrumptious dishes to chose from and they also want Dad to feel valued too, so they're giving Dad a free Budweiser when he books a table.
The restaurant is set up with an American theme hence the name Coast to Coast and the menu is full of yummy food inspired from all over America. The girls picked their two favourite foods so Mia had Mac n Jack and Aly went for Pizza.
Mummy went for a tuna dish which she said was much better than what she normally looks. I have to say as someone who isn't much of a fan of tuna it looked and smelt good. I decided to go for a classic burger with added bacon and cheese. When it came out I was amazed at the size...but I did manage to eat it all plus we ordered a tower of onion rings.
No visit would be complete without pudding so while Mia and myself went simple with some ice cream, Aly and Mummy went for chocolate fudge cake and ice cream. Once it got to the table I really wished I picked it too. Aly tells me it was the best chocolate cake she's ever had.
This is a restaurant we'd visit again, if you want to treat Mum this Mother's Day then I would seriously consider visiting one. To find you're local Coast to Coast visit their website.
Here is also a little video of our day down in Brighton Marina.
We were given vouchers for the purpose of this post, all thoughts and opinions are our own.
