I thought I’d try something a little different this year. With #MySundayPhoto ending at the end of 2018 I wanted to keep posting on a Sunday and so I think I’m going to post my photos from the previous week that I’ve shared on Instagram.

OOO I am not a fan of the dark mornings but every now and then we get treated to something a little bit special.
Whilst on my way into Lewes the other day I could see the sun starting to rise and I knew if I made the effort I could get a nice photo of the mist covering the trees as the sun added colour to the sky. Read More

As a photographer we’re always looking at locations to take photographs and we can all be guilty of missing what’s right in front of us. My local area doesn’t have those rolling hills, a bustling street-life but what it does have is beautiful woodland. Read More
A slightly different angle of Harvey’s Brewery this time. It was taken on the banks of the River Ouse and it’s not usually accessible but this time I made the effort and I think it was worth it.

This week in Lewes it’s been their annual bonfire celebration, this is one of the largest bonfire events in the UK and people from all around the World come to visit.

Lewes as a town often put on remarkable events. It’s the location for one of the biggest 5th November celebrations in Europe. Lewes has a unique feel to it, full of history and it offers so much for what is a fairly small town.

There is a definite change in the weather this week. The warm days have been swapped for cold days, we even had a frost yesterday morning.
