There is something calming about watching boats on the water. These were all swaying gently in the breeze on Lake Windermere.

For the first time ever we treated ourselves to a little break without the children. We've had the odd overnight stay in London without them but this was the first time where it was 3 nights. This is a trip we'd been planning for about 12 months and was really looking forward to it. Something a little different today. This was taken on Lake Windermere, it was a single rock near the edge of the water and I thought it made an interesting subject.
