This time of year it is hard work to get the motivation to leave the house especially on the cold mornings. The effort is well worth it though and you can get some wonderful sunrises or misty photos.

There is a real lack of colour in this weeks photos, I can’t be the only one wanting Spring to add some colour to the landscape.

#MySundayPhoto - My Photos from the Week

I thought I’d try something a little different this year. With #MySundayPhoto ending at the end of 2018 I wanted to keep posting on a Sunday and so I think I’m going to post my photos from the previous week that I’ve shared on Instagram.

My focus this coming year really is on Instagram and growing that. It’s the social media platform that I enjoy the most. Instead of sharing photos everyday what I’m finding works for me is sharing a photo every other day.

#MySundayPhoto - The End

Whilst it seemed like everyone in Sussex was still in bed I was up exploring.

This was taken the day after Boxing Day, it was a misty start to the day and I was looking forward to getting a few misty scenes.

As I was setting up the sky suddenly came alive, the sun was rising and bringing a burst of colour. It only lasted a matter of minutes, I was in the right place at the right time.

We may not have vast rolling hills nearby, but what we do have is the most wonderful woodlands. Areas so quiet and peaceful you could lose yourself for hours.
