This video is part of a new series that I’ll be putting together. I’ll be showing you lots of quick tips that you might not have known that Skylum Luminar can do.
To start things off this is all about their libraries and albums. People may think that this is a feature only found in Lightroom but it is also part of Luminar. A place where you can organise all of your photos.
It’s really easy to use, to begin with, select the drive where you want Luminar to search for your photos. Mine is set to an external HD so if I add a photo to that drive Luminar will automatically import it. You can also import by dragging files into Luminar from a memory card or Dropbox.
It really has everything you could want in a library. The ability to rate images, reject them, move them into albums it’s all there. You can view photos by selecting the year, month, date, last edited, recently added. I’m yet to find something that it doesn’t do.
