Over the August Bank Holiday weekend in Brighton it was the annual Mod Weekender. It's a huge gathering of scooters such as Vespas, Lambrettas and they all look amazing. Part of the Mod film Quadrophenia was filmed in Brighton and it's always had a connection and was the scene of Mods vs Rockers a huge fight against the two groups back in the 60 and 70s.
Without fail every August you'll find Maderia Drive full of scooters. These days it's a much friendly group and they're more than happy for people to have their photo taken with their scooters and during the year they help raise money for local charities.
I was there for a couple of days to take photos for Bone Clothing who have a shop on what is called Quadrophenia Alley. Lots of them will be used on their social media but I thought I'd also share a selection of my favourite.
I did take a lot more photos that were designed for them where the brand plays the main roll or their name features. All of the photos on the post I think help tell the story of the day and I'm pretty happy with the way they've all come out.
I'll leave you with a few more.
